About Us

William Laureles holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, a Master's in Business Administration, dual California State Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist, Alcohol Drug Studies Specialist II, and has been recognized by the California State Senate for his commitment to the recovery community.

Damian Sandoval holds a Master's degree in Social Work (ASW) and is an experienced clinician. Fluent in Spanish, he has allowed Lighthouse 9 Consulting to expand into an underserved Spanish speaking population. Additionally, Damian has invaluable experience assisting parolees with personal one-on-one counseling services.

Our Staff of Counselors consist of Mental Health Professionals, Addictions Specialists, former Lifer-term Prisoners (of various crimes) and Intern Specialists. Together we possess years of experience in recovery development working with incarcerated individuals, Board of Prison Hearing (BPH) Attorneys, and the consulting of training for BPH Attorneys.

Lighthouse 9 Consulting has students enrolled in over forty-five prisons in sixteen states, at the federal, state, and county levels.
